A few of your responsibilities • Assist the Cashier Services Duty Manager in the daily coordination and operation of the Casino Safety Deposit Box and Keno
• Establish and maintain patron accounts in compliance with the System of Accounting and Internal Controls
• Support in accounting for inventory, including local and foreign currency, coin, cheques, chips, documents, and records
• Respond to guest enquiries and concerns, ensuring they have a positive experience
• Assist with people planning requirements including Training & Development and Recruitment activities
What are we looking for • Demonstrated experience leading a team
• Extensive experience in a highly regulated cash handling environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
• Thorough understanding of regulations and laws as they relate to our business
About you As the Cashier Services Supervisor, you will have a team leadership background, ideally within a cash handling or cashiering environment. Your passion for building lasting relationships through strong communication skills will see you lead by example and deliver excellent guest service. With proficiency in System of Accounting and Internal Controls, you will be confident in establishing and maintaining patron accounts in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
