Group Role
We are currently searching for a driven and dedicated Cash Control Officer on a part-time basis to join our close-knit team at Mounties, located in Mount Pritchard.
As a Cash Control Officer, you will be responsible for servicing the needs of our customers internally and externally, whilst supporting the Group CCO Manager in maintaining and enhancing a robust control framework across the groups CCO operations in a confidential and accountable manner.
More specifically, some of your key duties will include :
Clearance reconciliation Preparing Club banking Issuing and balancing floats including keno, bars and change bars Assisting with the preparation of ATMs Balancing at the end of the shift Provide advice and recommendations relating to process flows and reporting Balancing of all Club monies Monitor and review cash handling within the organisation including POS variances. Recording all transactions Maintain petty cash records in accordance with club policy Minimise the clubs cash exposure during all operational hours Maintain and coordinate the implementation of cash control procedures as required. Performing any other duty reasonably requested at any other time About You
The ideal candidate, would have the following skills and experiences :
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Micros POS, Clubline accounting software); Strong hands-on accounting skills; Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; Excellent time management skills; Attention to detail; Strong numerical skills with high level accuracy; Self-directed, whilst working in a team environment; Demonstrated problem solving ability Willing to travel when required depending on business needs Possess a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA and RCG competency card Benefits :
