Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced leader to be our next Casey Leisure Area Manager.
Our leader will be people focused and share our values to lead and manage the dynamic and vibrant seven City of Casey facilities.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be provided with a car allowance, phone reimbursements and laptop and all the support you need from our senior leadership team.As Casey Leisure Area Manager, you will be to lead all aspects of Aligned Leisure's operation in the City of Casey.
You will be responsible for maintaining an outstanding relationship with the Council and ensuring that all operational plans align with essential Council strategies.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Lead Aligned Leisure staff to drive Council objectives throughout the City of Casey.Lead the senior management team to ensure their departments are provided the support and resources to succeed.Ensure all staff are adequately trained and informed to undertake their role.Ensure service teams are adequately supervised and aligned to Aligned Leisure's purpose, values, behaviours, service standards, policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, policies and contracts.Develop and maintain relationships in the community that will support the efforts of Aligned Leisure within the council.Implement plans and budgets for the seven facilities.Maintain reporting and compliance requirements for council.Ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.Implement appropriate financial controls and reports.Relentlessly support the implementation of acquisition and retention programs for all customers across all programs.Increase participation and visitations at all facilities.Manage assets following contract specifications and best practice.ExperiencesAt least 5 years' experience in a large or multi-site aquatic, fitness or leisure management role.Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sport, Fitness, Theatre, Arts or equivalent are advantageous.Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management experience.Demonstrated experience managing competing demands and deadlines.Experience and ability to provide coaching and mentoring to staff, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.Financial Management and operational budget experience.Your application will include the following questions:
