About the role Our Intensive Therapeutic Care homes support children and young people who have experienced trauma to thrive. As a Caseworker, you'll be the advocate for children, young people and their families. Through building valuable connections and ongoing assessment, you'll work together to enable positive change. You'll work to ensure children and young people are safe and that their social, emotional and physical health and education is improved.
