Short term contract - 8 weeksImmediate start - interviews asapMulti-disciplinary team approach using therapeutic models and interventionOur client is currently seeking a Caseworker for a specialist AOD Service on the Central Coast close to Tuggerah. This fantastic opportunity will deliver person-centred, strength-based support to clients who are experiencing alcohol and drug addiction. This is a full-time contract position working in an AOD 3-month program. Previous experience working with clients with complex mental health, AOD, and trauma are mandatory to succeed in this rewarding role.Duties:Support clients through specialised and comprehensive case management who are experiencing AODTherapeutic experience delivering interventions such as CBT, mindfulness, and ACT in an individual and group settingBuild key working relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersAbility to manage crises effectively and provide specialist expertise in complex case managementDemonstrated understanding of using strengths-based and trauma-informed case management approachManage a caseload and work collaboratively in a teamSkills and experience required:Minimum of 2 years experience in a Casework or Counsellor role specialising in AOD, mental health or similarDegree or Diploma qualification in Social Work or similarA current NSW driver's license is essential and own transport will be required to access the serviceNSW Working With Children CheckVaccination for COVID-19Contact ****** for more information.
