We're seeking a compassionate Casework Support Worker to join our Children and Families team in Coffs Harbour and contribute to creating brighter futures.
As a Casework Support Worker, you will:
Provide practical, hands-on support to families, from transport to appointments to facilitating meetings.Partner with caseworkers to help families achieve their goals and overcome barriers.Advocate for families and connect them with ongoing support services.Build positive relationships with children, young people, and families, ensuring their voices are heard.This role isn't just about tasks—it's about transforming lives.
Your Qualifications & Experience A TAFE Diploma in welfare/community services (or relevant experience).Experience working with children and families, ideally within a casework model.Empathy, resilience, and a genuine commitment to supporting those in need.Flexibility to meet families where they are, including occasional out-of-hours work.A current driver's licence and confidence using technology to stay connected.Current NSW WWCCBenefits and culture Working to inspire people, enliven communities and confront injustice brings its own rewards, but there's more.
