We are seeking applications for a Caseload Contract Officer position to work in our Strathpine location.
Successful applicants will possess strong administrative skills in retrieving and maintaining documentation along with strong interpersonal skills to develop excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
In this role, you will be negotiating job plans, scheduling client appointments, and monitoring action plans, whilst completing accurate documentation of progress notes and outcome claim forms.

Responsibilities include: Assist in administrative responsibilities to meet contractual and legislative needsEnsure documentation and compliance for Disability Employment Services (DES) contracts are achievedReview program targets on a quarterly basisMaintain knowledge of current DES guidelines and proceduresEnsure evidence for claims are commented and submittedMaintain evidence of mutual obligation requirements from clientsAble to work independently and in a team environmentBe committed to our value and helping others succeed.Selection criteria includes: Demonstrated administration and systems reporting experience'Can do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic fun environment!Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to consult, negotiate and problem solve.Experience working with KPI'sAbility to build key partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersA valid C class driving license.Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start (we can help).Applications to close by Friday 19th of July, unless filled prior...thanks!
