About The Role:   In this role, you will work closely with families, carers, government agencies, and regulatory bodies to support children and young people in foster care.
No two days will look the same as you manage a variety of cases, perform administrative duties, and document case notes from face-to-face meetings with children and carers.
You will also have the opportunity to visit and support children and carers in foster care settings.

Relevant Experience : Previous experience in a similar role or any position related to Out of Home Care is essential.
Outstanding Communicator : Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strong Written Skills : Proficiency in writing reports and completing formal documentation.
Computer Literacy : Proficient in using the MS Office suite of products.
Empathy and Commitment : Dedicated to improving the quality of life for children and young people.
Team Player and Autonomous Worker : Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility : Willingness to work non-standard hours as required.
Required Checks : A current NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement), NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain), and Covid-19 vaccination.
Driving License : Possession of an Australian Driver's License.
