Keys to Early Intervention Homelessness Service (KEIHS) Position 1: KEIHS Moreton Bay Full time, permanent position Based in our Caboolture office. Position 2: KEIHS Gympie Full time, fixed term position until 30th June 2025. Primarily based in Gympie with flexibility to work from our Nambour office on occasion. Kyabra Community Association Inc. provides strengths-based integrated responses to people in our community. Service work involves partnership with individuals and families to identify goals, develop strategies and evaluate outcomes. This may involve a range of activities/functions including: Assessment, Advocacy, Interpersonal Support Work, Co-ordination, Case Management, Community Development and other such responses that facilitate the achievement of specified goals. We are seeking case workers who will work as part of our KEIHS Team: Keys to Early Intervention Homelessness Service, an early intervention case management program working with individuals and families to support at-risk tenancies within the communities where KEIHS is co-located with host agencies. Experience and knowledge in the housing and homelessness sector is essential for this role. Knowledge of client management systems such as QHIP and/or other databases are highly desirable, as well as case management experience. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 4 ($41.52 - $44.68 per hour). We also offer:
