Job description: Your Role Step into a diverse and rewarding role, delivering high-quality case management, group work, and therapeutic support to clients participating in our Day Recovery Program.
As part of our team, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their recovery goals and improve their overall well-being.

Your Responsibility * Provide case management across all stages: engagement, assessment, treatment planning, implementation, monitoring, review, and closure.
* Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, education, and support aligned with the Society's AOD Model of Care.
* Conduct comprehensive client intake and assessments, including risk evaluations.
* Collaborate with clients to develop and implement holistic treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
* Facilitate therapeutic and educational group sessions.
* Offer support to families and significant others, including education and referral to family support services.
* Maintain accurate client records and participate in case reviews and team discussions.
* Contribute to the ongoing planning, development, and evaluation of the Rendu House service model.
* Network with external stakeholders and participate in quality improvement and accreditation activities.
* Support new team members, volunteers, and students in their roles.
