The position works in partnership with an Aboriginal Family Support Worker (AFSW) under a bi-cultural pair model.
To be considered for this position, you will require: Degree in Social Work and eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or degree, or post graduate qualifications in Psychology or another related field.Demonstrated experience and skills in providing clinical case management support to vulnerable families with complex issues, that is child focussed, family centred and trauma-informed.Knowledge and understanding of child development, mental health as well as neurodevelopmental disorders including FASD, ADGD, ASD and Global Development DisordersHolds a current NT Drivers Licence.For more information on the position please contact Senior Manager, Head to Health Kids, Tahlia Lee on . *Total effective package includes: base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax saving from salary packaging options.
