VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.The Human Rights Division hears cases under various relevant legislation. The successful applicant will be required to work onsite in Melbourne CBD and have an opportunity to make a genuine contribution by delivering effective and efficient guardianship and human rights services to the community of Victoria.About the roleThe successful applicant will be responsible for the coordination and end to end case management of applications made to the Human Rights Division under the Human Rights and Guardianship Lists. This will incorporate administrative and business functions with a strong customer focus designed to promote awareness and understanding of VCAT processes and legislative requirements. Case Officers individually manage a caseload of around 80-150 cases at a given time.
