Our customers connect easily with health practitioners using this platform to access information quickly to make informed decisions and improve outcomes for their clients who have suffered personal injuries such as road or workplace accidents.Job DescriptionWe are looking to fill 2 full-time positions in a hybrid arrangement.What You Will Be DoingThis role is responsible for liaising with Medical Practices, Nurse Practice Managers and Medical Receptionists to schedule tele-based appointments with GPs and help facilitate the timely return of medical information.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Managing a caseload, actioning tasks, and writing accurate and detailed case notes to capture actions completed on cases via an online case management platform (medEbridge).Making outbound calls liaising with medical clinics to secure tele-based appointment bookings with GPs.Receiving inbound calls from medical clinics and key stakeholders, including customers and their clients.Assisting with enquiries and resolving queries.Managing the tele-interview appointment calendar and the tele email inbox.QualificationsWhat You Should Have2+ years' experience in a call centre or case management environment (preferred)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated capacity to build a rapport on the phone; sound influencing and negotiation skillsSound IT skills, capacity to learn and master new systemsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamAdditional InformationSo why work for UHG?Our business is the market leader in its field.
