CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, serious sex offenders on post-sentence supervision and prisoners on parole.
About the role: This role can be based at any Justice Service centre within the Loddon Mallee or Hume region. Case Officers in the Court Practice stream are responsible for the administration of court orders for individuals assessed as being at low risk of reoffending and may also be required to manage individuals on reparation orders.
The Case Officer in this role will receive and action cases from across the region.
This role is required to direct and monitor compliance in line with court order obligations and evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities include: Apply order administration activities to service usersRefer individuals to relevant services and monitor compliance against order requirementsImplement appropriate responses to non-compliance and escalate matters as required to senior staff in a timely manner.Produce case notes, reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines.Work collaboratively with colleagues, contribute to team planning, work process improvements and day-to-day administration of local work area.About you: Demonstrated experience or an awareness of key case management components: assessment, planning, service coordination and brokerage and interventions.Gives frank and honest feedback/advice.
