About our role- We care about others We are looking for two (2) passionate individuals to join our Fostering Futures team.
The Case Manager provides quality case management, supporting children and foster carers on a long-term pathway.
Advocating services to children and young people (aged 0-18 years) who live in foster care or respite care throughout the Wollongong, Illawarra, Southern Highlands, and Shoalhaven regions.
These are permanent full-time positions based at our head office in Wollongong, working 38 hours per week.
Travel will be required for these roles.
We are offering a hybrid work model, with a few days at the office and the rest working from home.
The salary range for this position is between $41.52/hour - $44.68/hour + superannuation.

Sound knowledge of child and adolescent development, parenting practices, effects of family violence, trauma, abuse and neglect.
Previous experience in providing high quality advocacy, support and case management services for clients with a focus on out of home care and permanency pathways Demonstrated knowledge and experience of child protection and out of home care policy, legislation, and standards Training and or experience in Restoration Knowledge, skills and experience conducting psycho-social assessments of clients' needs and developing and achieving care plan goals.
Demonstrated high level organisational skills and experience effectively managing face to face client work, administrative duties and crises in an ever-changing environment.
