Location:Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands About our role- We care about others We are looking for two (2) passionate individuals to join our Fostering Futures team. The Case Manager provides quality case management, supporting children and foster carers on a long-term pathway. Advocating services to children and young people (aged 0-18 years) who live in foster care or respite care throughout the Wollongong, Illawarra, Southern Highlands, and Shoalhaven regions.
These are permanent full-time positions based at our head office in Wollongong, working 38 hours per week. Travel will be required for these roles. We are offering a hybrid work model, with a few days at the office and the rest working from home.
The salary range for this position is between $41.52/hour - $44.68/hour + superannuation.
