As a Case Manager at QBE, you will assist injured workers with their injury management and return to work plans whilst maintaining relationships built on trust with all stakeholders involved.
Our Case Managers work collaboratively to grow and achieve not only for their injured workers, but for themselves.
Key ActivitiesEffectively set expectations, communicate and educate injured workers and their employers.Work in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to work.Ensure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policy.Document and apply decision-making principles.Meet and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes.About YouYou genuinely care about the work you do, delivering an informed, customer-centric service with empathy and patience.
To be successful in this role, you will also bring:
