Employment OpportunityAs the Case Manager - Performance and Conduct, you will play a key role in contributing to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at addressing under-performance and the proactive identification of, and response to (including investigation), inappropriate workplace behaviours and conduct.
Under limited direction, key responsibilities of the APS6 Case Manager include (but are not limited to) the following activities:
Providing case management support for Code of Conduct and misconduct matters, including the coordination and conduct of investigations, and preparing briefings and draft decisions for decision makers.
Managing the procurement of independent investigators including making recommendations about selections from an approved panel.
Managing complaints in accordance with the department's policies relating to inappropriate behaviours.
Assisting and coaching employees and managers in the development and implementation of strategies to address under-performance, inappropriate behaviour, health and attendance matters.
Contributing to the development, maintenance, review and update of the department's policies and procedures in relation to employee performance and behaviour.
Actively seeking out, building, and managing strong and effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and participating in Australian Public Service (APS) wide forums, including the Small Agency Forum.

Other qualifications: Relevant HR and/or Allied health qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
