By joining our high performing team in Darwin, you will be part of a fast-paced environment dedicated to providing outstanding service, strategic thinking and claims support, specifically in the common law and recoveries portfolios.We are seeking a Case Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from inception to finalisation in accordance with relevant legislative, regulatory and Allianz requirements. The role will be responsible for maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management, to maximise early resolution of claims and recoveries.You'll be responsible for:Management of claims for individuals injured in motor accidents interstate who have an entitlement under the Motor Accidents (Compensation) Act (NT).Management of the recovery claims including identifying and pursuing relevant recovery options having regard to the applicable legislation.Maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise early resolution of claims.Making key liability decisions in accordance with multiple jurisdictional legislative requirements.Building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.About you:You have legal background/experience.Experience in a similar case management role within personal injury insurance (highly desired).You will have the drive and interest to your customer focused experience and approach to grow a career in case management.You will be known for your empathetic style and customer focused approach which allows you to 'walk in our customer's shoes.'The ability to handle difficult situations and act in a professional manner whilst resolving complex situations in a timely manner.Solid problem solving and relationship building abilities.High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt when changes occur.What's on offer?Learning is not left to chance - you'll be exposed to ongoing coaching from your manager, given access to hundreds of courses through LinkedIn Learning plus we are making huge investment into external study and training.What matters to you, matters to us too.
