The Opportunity As a Case Manager, you will:
Provide tailored support to vulnerable individuals and families.Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and service providers.Assess needs, develop care plans, and monitor progress.Work with a caseload of young people in therapeutic care.What's Needed to Succeed: A diploma in Community Services or a graduate degree in psychology, social work, or related discipline.Experience supporting adolescents and families with trauma.Knowledge of inter-generational trauma and relevant legislation.What's in it for You: In return for your hard work, we offer:
