The Opportunity As a Case Manager, you will:
Provide tailored support to vulnerable individuals and families. Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and service providers. Assess needs, develop care plans, and monitor progress. Work with a caseload of young people in therapeutic care What's Needed to Succeed: A diploma in Community Services or a graduate degree in psychology, social work, or related discipline.
