Due to ongoing growth within the business this client has an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join their Government & Defence team in the Melbourne Office.
You will play a crucial role in supporting relocation initiatives by being the single point of contact for Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members & their families during their relocation across Australia.
The team strive to ensure that all ADF Members experience a superior relocation.

Description Deliver a high-quality end to end relocation experience to your relocating ADF members and their families through world class case management, policy compliance, advocacy and escalation resolution.
Expectation Management ensuring Members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Procurement Teams and Removal Services Team) Be a Safety Leader that identifies and corrects conditions that affect employee safety.
Support the case management team with reporting, on base presentations and ad hochoc projects.
Identify opportunities and contribute to process improvement and business design.
Support leaders with New Starter onboarding and buddying Be an advocate for the organisations values Profile The successful candidate must possess a strong "can do" approach whilst having the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
A high standard of attention to detail and time management skills are imperative along with the ability to provide a high level of professionalism and customer service to both internal and external stake holders.
