Job Description Deliver a high-quality end to end relocation experience to your relocating ADF members and their families through world class case management, policy compliance, advocacy and escalation resolution.Expectation Management ensuring Members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Procurement Teams and Removal Services Team).Be a Safety Leader that identifies and corrects conditions that affect employee safety.Support the case management team with reporting, on base presentations and ad hoc projects.Identify opportunities and contribute to process improvement and business design.Support leaders with New Starter onboarding and buddying.Live, and be an advocate for the organisations values.Skills & Experience 9 - 12 Months Case Management Associate (CM-A) experience is strongly preferred but not essential, this includes time in a casual role.Customer service experience in a large organisation, preferably in an administrative environment where service delivery and service recovery are central themes.Experience with case management would be advantageous.Experience in Global Mobility, Assignment Management, managed services, Insurance or Travel would be advantageous.Experience managing conflicting priorities and KPI's effectively.Ability to become proficient in ADF Relocation Policy.Ability to become accredited to the company's transitions in-house case management training programme.The Successful Applicant The successful candidate must possess a strong "can do" approach whilst having the ability to work both autonomously and within a team. A high standard of attention to detail and time management skills are imperative along with the ability to provide a high level of professionalism and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
