Our continued growth presents an exciting opportunity to join our team as a full-time Case Manager.Position Overview: As a Case Manager at TDN, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating services for a diverse range of clients and their families or carers. Your primary objective will be to support recipients of Home Care Package funding who aspire to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes. You will be working from our satellite office located in Launceston.This position attracts the pay scale range of Level 3 Pay point 1 ($42.33) to Level 3 Pay Point 5 ($48.14) based on your qualifications and experience, within our enterprise agreement.What We're Looking For: We are seeking a dedicated, client-focused individual who possesses the necessary experience, knowledge, and skills.
