Are you a motivated Case Manager looking to be part of our dedicated Home Care team? This is an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join the Respect Home Care Team.
The role is based at our office in Hobart, Tasmania.
This is a fast paced and varied role, working closely with our community service workers to ensure exceptional delivery of our in-home care services.
You will be responsible for the provision of quality Home Care services to clients through assessment, case-management and coordination.
This will be on a three-month contract, with the possibility of being extended, on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday). About us As a proud not for profit organisation since 1922, Respect Aged Care serves older residents through our high standard of care and community.

What you can bring to the role: Desirable Certificate IV in Individual SupportRelevant experience in Community Care within the Aged Care/Disability sectorsExperience in case management, leading and supporting servicesExcellent knowledge of Consumer Directed Care principles and aged care legislationBe self-directed to manage time frames and expectationsHave highly developed interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills along with the ability to manage a diverse range of staff, contractors, clients and stakeholdersBe creative in problem-solving skills, for developing solutions and for making sound recommendations based on commercial and risk based decision makingTo be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
