Families are supported to build relationships, strengthen parenting skills, maintain a safe home environment for their children, and increase their participation within the community.About the OpportunityThis position has dual management arrangements between Anglicare NT and CAAPS and is located at CAAPS.As the Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering strength-based, trauma-informed, and culturally affirming practical in-home support to families primarily referred by Territory Families Housing and Community (TFHC). Your focus will be on child-centered, family-focused casework, aiming to create nurturing environments, enhance parental capacity, and uphold family unity.
