This is a Pool process with permanent, fixed term, full time and part time opportunities.Currently, there are 3 positions available for immediate filling.
ABOUT THE ROLECase Management Officers are responsible for providing quality customer service to all internal and external customers.
They provide an advisory service to all customers in relation to the practices and procedures of the District Court and provide support services to the judiciary.These positions undertake a range of case management, information management and customer service tasks for civil and criminal jurisdiction of the Court.
Case Management Officers will be trained in a broad range of tasks and will have the opportunity to move between teams to meet operational demand and support personal development.A typical day as a Case Management Officer involves attending to customer inquiries (either in person or by telephone), liaising with the legal profession, the judiciary, accused persons and prosecution services, preparing and checking legal documents to ensure they meet the requirements of the Rules of the Court and relevant legislation, and data entry.
