Be a part of a major bank acquisition projectIdentify key trends and emerging people risksIn our Case Management Advisor role, the primary objective is to collaborate closely with Bank-aligned ER & Safety representatives to identify critical trends and emerging people risks within the Bank through comprehensive data analysis. This involves developing and implementing strategies to effectively address identified trends and mitigate risks. Additionally, serving as a mentor and escalation point for Consultants within the team is crucial, ensuring their development and proficiency in handling cases.
