Job Description: The Case Coordinator for the National Immigration Support Service (NISS) is responsible for delivering responsive and high-quality case coordination services to clients. The role involves creating and implementing individualised case plans that address client needs, promote independence, and ensure their ongoing safety and wellbeing. The coordinator applies evidence-based models such as CARE and TCI, and ensures accurate documentation of case activities. Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to achieving positive client outcomes.
