About the Role
The NDIS Manager at Casa plays a crucial role in leading our Client Services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality NDIS services aligned with organisational goals and client-centered principles. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role involves strategic leadership to optimise service delivery, foster innovation in client support strategies, and maintain compliance with NDIS standards and regulatory requirements.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Disability Studies, Psychology, Health Services Management, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience (5+ years) in a managerial or leadership role within the disability services sector, specifically with NDIS service delivery Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing client-facing operations, preferably in a non-profit or community services environment Comprehensive understanding of the NDIS framework, regulations, and operational requirements Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams Financial literacy and experience in budget management and financial reporting High-level problem-solving skills and thinking agility to adapt to changing environments and client needs Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels and communicate complex information clearly Valid Driver's License, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and Current National Police Clearance Why Join Us?

Describe your understanding of the NDIS Price Guide and how you would apply this knowledge to ensure compliance and optimised service delivery at Casa. Explain the challenges associated with managing staff rostering complexities, particularly when considering client ratios within the NDIS framework, and how you would address these challenges. What are the most important indicators that demonstrate the NDIS practice standard outcome for ensuring clients access supports that are free from violence, abuse, neglect, exploitation, or discrimination? How would you instantiate these indicators at Casa? Please ensure your cover letter clearly addresses each of the above questions, providing detailed and thoughtful responses.
