A well-established and rapidly growing mid-tier wealth advisory firm, founded in 2009 and located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Adviser to manage and service an existing portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients. The firm is renowned for its dedication to delivering comprehensive, holistic financial advice to sophisticated clients.
This is a rare opportunity to inherit and manage a well-established client base while working in a firm renowned for its client-centric approach. You will benefit from a strong support structure, including experienced Client Service Officers (CSOs) and Paraplanners, allowing you to focus on delivering tailored, strategic solutions for clients. In addition, you'll have the chance to advise on a wide range of complex financial matters, including investments, trust structures, retirement strategies, and estate planning.
Key Responsibilities: Client Portfolio Management : Oversee and service a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing tailored financial advice and delivering long-term, strategic solutions. Holistic Financial Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including investment strategies, tax planning, retirement solutions, and estate planning. Portfolio Oversight : Actively manage clients' portfolios, including direct shares and managed funds, ensuring they are performing optimally and aligned with clients' objectives. Collaborative Teamwork : Work closely with a team of professionals to ensure clients receive the best outcomes and an integrated service experience. What We Are Looking For: Experience : At least 5 years' experience as a Financial Adviser, with a strong understanding of holistic financial planning and complex portfolio management. Technical Expertise : Proficiency in managing model portfolios and a solid understanding of advanced financial solutions, including trust structures. Qualifications : FASEA accreditation or progress towards meeting FASEA requirements. Client-Focused Approach : A strong client service orientation, with a commitment to building long-lasting relationships and delivering results-driven financial strategies.
