Associate Financial Adviser - Career Development Our client, a highly respected and rapidly growing financial advisory practice located in the heart of Sydney CBD, is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Financial Adviser to join their team.

About the Role
As an Associate Financial Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering strategic financial advice to a high-net-worth (HNW) client base.
With an average portfolio size of $2 million in funds under management (FUM), you'll have the opportunity to engage with complex client needs, spanning across multiple entities such as family trusts, companies, and SMSFs.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, building strong relationships and ensuring top-tier service delivery.
Collaborative Client Meetings: Attend meetings alongside Senior Advisers/Directors, contributing to the development of bespoke financial strategies.
Strategic Advice Preparation: Assist in preparing complex Statements of Advice (SOAs), ensuring all advice aligns with both client goals and regulatory requirements.
Research & Strategy Development: Conduct research and support the creation of comprehensive financial strategies across investment, tax, and estate planning.
Portfolio Management: Help manage and track client portfolios, ensuring alignment with clients' financial objectives and responding to evolving needs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Paraplanner or Associate Financial Adviser.
Proficiency in Xplan or other industry-standard software.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
