The Team
Our General Liability team in Sydney, led by two Partners, has gained superior expertise from handling hundreds of claims, mediations and court procedures.
The work covers a broad range of insurance and commercial disputes including public liability, product liability and property damage claims.
The General Liability team acts for insurers, brokers, underwriters and claims companies, as well as corporate insureds.
The Position
We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with strong general liability experience to join the team.
You will have 4+ years of post-admission experience across a broad range of general liability matters, and the ability to demonstrate a strong legal grasp of key principles relevant to insurance.
You will also have excellent analytical skills, clear concise writing skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
You are passionate about building strong client relationships and providing high quality service and advice.
