The Team Led by one Partner, the REIQ team specialises in the defence of real estate industry claims including resident unit managers and working closely with the Institute. The team also works across broader professional liability matters.
The Position We are seeking a Solicitor or Associate with professional liability or general liability experience to join the team. You will have 1+ years of post-admission experience across a broad range of professional liability or general liability matters, and the ability to demonstrate a strong legal grasp of key principles relevant to insurance.
You will also have excellent analytical skills, clear concise writing skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. You are passionate about building strong client relationships and providing high quality service and advice.
