With seven partners specialising in construction contracts, insurance, and litigation, our Construction, Projects & Infrastructure team supports builders, contractors, principals, sub-contractors, developers, suppliers, and construction insurers of public and large private companies throughout Australia.
This team has some of the best construction lawyers in Australia and they are working on some of the most significant infrastructure projects in the region.
The Position
We are seeking an Associate with strong back end construction experience to assist the team on significant matters across both Queensland and Australia.
You will have 3+ years of post-admission experience across significant construction disputes, and the ability to demonstrate a strong legal grasp of key principles relevant to this practice area.
You will also have excellent analytical skills, clear concise writing skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
You are passionate about building strong client relationships and providing high quality service and advice.
