About the Role Leading all functions, the conductor of the Queensland business, you will ensure the success of projects through your ability to bring people together, managing resources, planning, coordination, and direction of the Queensland business to ultimately ensure successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
Execution of strategic operational business plan to ensure the business delivers within the national framework Identify and pursue new business opportunities Lead and drive the overall culture and direction Foster and maintain strong relationships internally and externally Manage financial budgets and costs – ensuring profitability in alignment with targets Mentor team members – supporting and developing their skills Provide management reporting Ensure regulatory compliance around quality, environment, and safety standards Collaborate with other interstate senior managers Skills & Experience We seek a people-focused leader, a blend of technical expertise and leadership abilities. Success will have come from building collaborative relationships while delivering multiple commercial projects across new builds, refurbishment and fit out projects in the $5m -30m sphere . You will be comfortable identifying and pursuing new opportunities, while having commercial oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on time. You will provide the tools, resources, and environment to ensure your team can be the best they can be.
