Executive Manager of Business Operations Carrington is a not-for-profit centre of excellence, providing a focus on person-centred quality care and health services to consumers of Independent Living, Residential Care and Community Care.
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Manager of Operations to oversee the management of Carrington's Operations.
About the role The Executive Manager of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organisation to ensure efficiency, productivity, and strategic alignment.
The role will create and project manage operational plans for existing and new business ensuring alignment with the vision and strategy of Carrington.
Other major areas of responsibility include:
Streamline processes to optimise resources and improve efficiency.Promote collaboration between departments to meet organisational objectives.Monitor expenditures and analyse financial data to identify trends and savings opportunities.Ensure operational practices comply with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.Develop contingency plans to manage potential risks and operational disruptions.Manage the Hotel Services, Business Improvement, Customer Service, Sales / Marketing and Allied Health Teams.Oversee the management of Carrington's Retirement Village and management of Internal and External Contractors including service agreements and project management of works.About You - Our Criteria Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Health Management.Demonstrated experience in a senior management role in Operations, Aged Care or Independent Living.Proven understanding of budgeting and rostering, preferably in the Health Industry or Community Services.Ability to make significant contributions to strategic and business planning processes.Effective in establishing and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.Commitment to WHS, Quality and Continuous Improvement in a Senior Operations capacity.Proven ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team demonstrating exemplary leadership.Our Employee Benefits on Offer: Competitive pay and access to full not-for-profit Salary Packaging.Employee Referral Program – Earn up to $500 for referring a successful candidate!15% Employee Discount at our onsite Rocksalt Restaurant.10% off full price shoes at the local shoe store.Enjoy our "Carrington Day" – an Additional Christmas Public Holiday each year.Free Parking on site and access to on-site massages.To apply, please provide a current resume and a cover letter addressing '1-4 in the About You' criteria (One paragraph).
