Handy Person or Carpenter in Sydney's CBD, $75,000 super vehicle overtime Your new company A national company have an immediate requirement for experienced Carpenters and Handy Persons to work across a portfolio of buildings and assets in Sydney's CBD where you will be provided with a vehicle for the multi site positions. Your new role In this role as Carpenter or Handy Person you will be carrying out all-round general maintenance across a range of assets, which include the following: Door and window repairs Assisting in the maintenance and installation of partitions, counters, cabinets and flooring Maintenance and installation of window shades, Venetian blinds, and curtain rods, wall fans, and door locks for tenants. Repair of damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles and wall coverings General reporting Client liaison Other related to carpentry duties Cleaning gutters etc What you'll need to succeed You will have previous maintenance Carpentry or Handy Person experience, clear criminal, physically fit, good communication skills and basic computer skills. What you'll get in return This will give you the opportunity to work for a national company where you will be working as a Handy Person across a mixed portfolio of properties in Sydney's CBD, where no day will be the same. On permanent you will receive $75,000 - $85,000 super company vehicle phone overtime and on contract $35.00 - $55.00 super per hour.
