The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end custom builds, with expertise in woodworking, cabinetry, and intricate detailing.
This position offers the opportunity to work on prestigious projects and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals dedicated to creating one-of-a-kind spaces.
The project is a 6 million dollar build in Anglesea.
My client has around 70 employees and boasts 30+ Master Builder awards, with generally having 14 plus proejcts on the go.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of design plans.
Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to achieve the highest level of precision and quality in all woodworking projects.
Manage and mentor junior carpenters, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Qualifications:   Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end custom builds.
Extensive knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
Ability to interpret and work from architectural plans and design specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Requirements: Carpentry Qualification  Proficiency in using a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
