Ventia provides facilities management services including planned and reactive maintenance, as well as carpentry repairs to the City of Sydney's portfolio of 251 facility assets. These assets include a range of community facilities such as community centres, libraries, leisure facilities and depots, commercial buildings, and iconic buildings such as Sydney Town Hall and the Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre.
We're hiring a full-time permanent Carpenter to join our team at our Alexandria depot.

What you'll be doing: Carpentry related maintenance works such as timber decking, window replacements, joist repairs, repairing ceilings and doors etc. at various buildings sites across Sydney City.General ad hoc repair and handy man style repairs works when required.Effectively communicate with customers where required and to support other trades people in maximising customer satisfaction.Administrative tasks such as quotes, purchase orders, job dockets, minor estimates and technical reports.
