About O ur C lients Our client's projects range from mixed commercial (non-eba) refurbishment and fit-out of offices, schools, universities, and childcare centres to new-build luxury apartments and bespoke high-end residential.
Location of W ork Inner City Suburbs within a 15 to 30-km radius of Melbourne CBD.
What You'll Need to Succeed Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications: · Construction industry white card · Cert 3 in carpentry · Minimum 18 to 24 months experience out of apprenticeship.
· Own hand and power tools.
· Ability to read plans.
· Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic · Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
· Two recent contactable references from a site manager, foreman or PM Tickets in H igh D emand · EWP below and above 11m · Working with children's ticket · Working at heights ticket Scope of W orks · Steel & Timber framing · Hanging doors & installing cavity sliders.
· Fixing / finishing works · Cladding & remediation works .
