If you have a passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you!What We're Looking For:Experience: Minimum 5 years in residential carpentry, with a focus on luxury homes or high-end custom builds.Licensing: Must be a licensed carpenter with relevant certifications - Set up as a company, white card, Cert III in Carpentry, ABN, Public Liability and Accident and Sickness Insurance.Skills: Proficient in framing, fix out, cladding, and fit off. Experience with high-end materials and finishes is a plus.Craftsmanship: Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering top-tier, quality work.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with management and contractors.Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic, be punctual, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.Must be able to read plans.Ensure quality standards are met on every aspect of the project.Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.Must have tools of the trade and vehicle.Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure expectations are met.
