Role: CarpenterWe are a bespoke architectural modular builder based in Somersby on the NSW Central Coast.Our unique factory-built dwellings are designed in collaboration with leading architects and made at our custom production facility using environmentally sustainable materials.We are focused on building a cohesive and committed team and are seeking a Carpenter to join our team in Somersby.Duties· Work on custom prefabricated homes, ensuring high-quality construction and finishes;· Construct and install structural components such as steel or timber wall frames, floors, and roofs for tiny and prefabricated homes;· Install custom cabinetry, trims, and finishing carpentry elements;· Work alongside other tradespersons;· Ensure all work complies with Australian building standards and meets engineering requirements;· Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Qualifications, skills and experience required· Cert III in Carpentry + 2 years' experience, or 3 years' experience as a Carpenter;· Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, building codes, and construction methods;· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing top quality work;· Knowledge of Australian building standards and compliance regulations.This is a full-time role and the annual salary for this role is $73,500 + super.Job Type: Full-timePay: $73,500.00 per yearWork Location: In person
