Southern City Bathroom RenovationsWe are seeking an experienced carpenter to join our long-established family-owned company located in Bunbury, Western Australia.Southern City Bathroom Renovations offers a comprehensive renovation service from start to finish, including the stripping of bathrooms, plumbing and electrical pre-set out, floor preparation, design and laying of ceramic tiles on floors and walls, plumbing and electrical fit-out, and painting doors/frames and untiled walls in both new buildings and renovations.Responsibilities:Construct, erect, install, renovate, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, wallboard, and other materials.Study drawings and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions, and installation procedures.Order and select timbers and materials, and prepare layouts.Cut materials, and assemble and nail cut and shaped parts.Erect framework and roof framing, lay sub-flooring and floorboards, and verify trueness of structures.Nail fascia panels, sheath roofs, and fit exterior wall cladding and door and window frames.Assemble prepared wood to form structures and fittings ready to install.Cut wood joints.May construct concrete formwork.May repair existing fittings.May work with plastic laminates, perspex, and metals.Job Benefits:Ordinary workdays: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm.Manage your time for the completion of agreed tasks within this time frame and communicate any variations.Remuneration:Annual salary: $73,150 - $80,000 (includes 4 weeks of annual holidays).Fully maintained company vehicle supplied.All tools and PPE supplied.Employer will make superannuation payments on your behalf in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992.Summary of Role Requirements:Availability to work Monday - Friday.2-3 years of relevant work experience required.Work visa can be provided.Expected start date: Immediate start.Job Type: PermanentPay: $73,150.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company car.Schedule:8 hour shift.Work Location: On the road.
