With a recent influx of work, we would like to talk to you if you are a Qualified Experienced Carpenter seeking a new and exciting ongoing opportunity.Our current projects are a mix of residential renovations and commercial works. Key duties/tasks on these projects will include anything from general finishing touches to installing kitchen cabinetry, general trimmings, and fittings.Job Description:General construction and maintenance work;Building refurbishments and renovations;Insurance works reinstatement;Bathroom renovations;Carpentry, kitchen renovation and installation;To be successful in this role you must have the following:Solid post-qualifications project experience (minimum 5 years);Residential experience;Ability to work as part of a team;Current Driver's License and valid white card (essential); HR licence will be an advantage;Own tools and reliable transport;Other tickets (e.g. EWP, HR Licence) will be an advantage but not mandatory;Excellent communication skills;Keen eye for detail;Take full pride in your work;Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety systems;You need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident;Depending on your performance, if your career aspirations are to continue to grow, there is the potential for a full-time permanent package and/or a leading hand/supervision position.If you would like a change and experience Northern Territory lifestyle, apply now.All applications will be treated as strictly confidential.
