Carpenter/ General Maintenance Handyman

Position Overview: The work is predominantly maintenance of holiday managed properties, including painting, carpentry, tiling, and general repairs and maintenance.
Your days will be multi-faceted with problem solving and autonomous work that is supported by supportive management.
Key Responsibilities: General carpentry workKitchen and bathroom maintenanceLock changesHandyman works (lockbox installations, rubbish removal)Qualifications: Ideally trade qualifiedA full tool kit is required, as well as a reliable vehicleAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEffective communication skills and the ability to work independently under supervisionStrong attention to detail and commitment to WHS requirementsFlexibility to work weekends and holidays, as neededWhy Join Us?
