Start : Immediate Dawes Point, Sydney Full time hours $46.74 ph + Super Our government client is seeking a qualified Construction Carpenter to join their team in the Sydney Harbour Bridge maintenance workshop (South Pylon).
The main duties of the role include constructing, erecting, installing, renovating and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, wallboard and other materials.
Essential requirements for this role : Carpentry Licence / Trade Certificate Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent. Previous experience in maintenance / repair roles. Construction Industry White Card. Current unrestricted NSW Driver's License. Willingness to undertake any legislated or internal licensing or ticketing requirements as required. Safely complete carpentry trade activities, including completing safety checks on all plant used. Ability to work effectively and co-operatively in a team environment. This a 6-month contract with the possibility of being extended.
It offers 46 hours per week.
