Carmichael are seeking a Health and Safety administrator to join the team on a large infrastructure project based in Plymouth.
You will support the Central SH&W Team with daily administrative tasks and following the business processes and procedures for Document Control, Data Handling and Reporting.
You will be expected to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders of varying levels, managing their expectations in terms of delivery of appropriate and accurate information.
We would also like you to gather and interpret data to produce both internal and external reports. You must also develop and maintain an up to date and detailed understanding of the project and the needs of the client as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
You will need to build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders in our business.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Excellent working knowledge of O365 Knowledge of Microsoft Forms and Power BI Excellent Organisation skills Able to work on own initiative Minimum Grade C GCSE (Or equivalent) in Maths and English Exceptional attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
