Key Responsibilities: Coordinating mobilisation activities, including pre-employment requirements, inductions, travel, and accommodation. Ensuring compliance with site and client-specific requirements, such as medicals and certifications. Managing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport. Acting as a key point of contact for candidates and stakeholders during the mobilisation process. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. About you: A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a mobilisation coordinator role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with mobilisation or HR systems. Knowledge of FIFO/BIBO workforce logistics and site compliance requirements is highly desirable. What's on Offer?
