Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability.A passion and energy for world class care.Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.Be at the Heart of It – your new team is ready to welcome you!
